My sentiment is stamped in Poppy Parade and die cut with the Rectangle Stitched dies. I've also used the Stitched Nested Label dies on the Paper Pumpkin box and added some strawberry's which I've fussy cut from the patterned paper.

I've mixed something old with something new to create this card!

Welcome to the Stampin' Dreams blog hop!

Come and take a look at what myself and Stampin' Up! demonstrators from all over the world have been creating. We hope you find lots of inspiration here today for your papercraft projects

Don't forget you can view all of the projects in today's hop by clicking on each name in the roll call which you can find further down this page.

I've mixed something old with something new to create this card!

The Love of Leaves stamp set and Stitched Leaves dies were in the previous Mini Catalogue but are still available to purchase. These products were selected to carry over and I'm so pleased they are staying and I can't wait to design more cards using this set!

The DSP I have used for my card is from the Berry Delightful DSP which you can choose for free with a qualifying purchase from Stampin' Up!

The pattern I've chosen features shades of the colour Rich Razzleberry. I've used the same colour cardstock for the leaves and ink for the sentiment - although the card stock layer is actually Blackberry Bliss!

Followers of my blog will know that I'm a sucker for monochromatic cards!

If you are wondering how to get this patterned paper, I can tell you exactly how. You will need to spend £90 (excluding P&P) on Stampin' Up! products and then you can choose it for free.

If you choose to get this pack of Designer Series Paper you will also get the Berry Blessings stamp set - both of which coordinate with the Sweet Strawberry bundle in the current Mini Catalogue.

Now, if this paper isn't your 'cup of tea' you can check out the other products available in this years Sale-a-Bration catalogue by clicking here - most of which are available to select for every £45 you spend.

There is something for everyone and I still haven't got a favourite.

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog to see what I've created! If you live in UK, The Netherlands, France, Germany or Austria, you can purchase Stampin' Up! products from me. To place an order or ask a question, please get in touch via my contact form here.

Before you go, I'd love to hear from you! Come and say hi by leaving a comment below! Did you know that you can subscribe to receive my blog posts by email here.

Now it's time to check out the other projects!

I'm Kim and I live in Somerset in the UK. You'll find lots of inspiration here today from Stampin' Up! demonstrators and papercrafters from Australia, Canada, USA and the UK! ❤

Today I am using the Paper Blooms DSP which you can earn for free during the Sale-a-Bration promotion with a qualifying Stampin' Up! order of £45 plus delivery.

The Paper Blooms DSP is really lovely and contains all my favourite colours - the pattern I've chosen uses Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray and Night of Navy - other colours include Old Olive, Petal Pink, and Soft Seafoam. Check it out here -

I wasn't intending on using this DSP for today's hop but unfortunately my package that includes the lovely products from the Love You Always suite didn't reach me in time - fingers crossed it arrives by Friday so I have it for the weekend.

I had a good look through my stamp sets and thought this sentiment from the Tasteful Touches stamp set would be perfect for a card you are creating for your significant other.

I hope you've enjoyed my project today! If you have the time I'd love you to leave me a comment to let me know you stopped by. You can subscribe to receive my blog posts by email here.

Next up is Nicole. To check out her project simply click on her name in the list below to visit her blog and then repeat, working your way down the list and back to the top, until you end up back here!

Pinkies Creative Challenge #05 - CASE Your Favourite Designer

Tuesday, January 12, 2021 United Kingdom

I love being part of the Michelle Lasts Pinkies team of Stampin' Up! demonstrators. I was honoured when Michelle asked me to be the Challenge Coordinator for the Pinkies Facebook group last year.

We now have two challenges that take place every month and to keep it fresh, the theme is different every time.

We are already on challenge #05 - Case Your Favourite Designer.

I'll admit I've been looking forward to this one. I always aim to create and share original card designs so it was a bit of a treat to choose a beautiful card, recreate it and make it my own.

One of my favourite designers is Teneale Williams and the card I've shown below is not the first card I have CASED of hers.

Teneale's photography is simply stunning - I always recognise her cards through her papercrafting style and her photography.

I love the items in the background, which usually coordinate with some of the colours in her card - I couldn't help but wonder if she has transferred all of her ribbon to these wooden or if she puts them together for every card she creates. If you are reading this Teneale, I'd love to know!

Pinkies Creative Challenge #05 - CASE Your Favourite Designer

United Kingdom

For my card, I've used same layout, stamp set, embossing older and embellishment placement as Teneale. I have however changed up a lot of the elements to match my personal crafting style.

Instead of using Calypso Coral, I've used Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape to stamp the flowers. I 'stamped off' with Highland Heather to get two different shades. This meant I had three shades of purple, which was needed for the 3 step stamping.

Teneale selected Mint Macaron for the leaves and I have used Soft Sea Foam, simply because I felt it worked better with the purple tones.

In place of the Champagne Rhinestones I have used the Gilded Gems in gold. I haven't been able to put these down recently!

I also chose a different sentiment as I need a birthday card for my Aunty. I heat embossed the sentiment in gold so it tied in with the Gilded Gems.

I used the same embossing folder, the Tasteful Textile embossing folder

I didn't have the same stamp set that Teneale used so I had to think outside the box a little to achieve the diagonal stripe on the left hand side. After some failed experiments and further deliberating, I decided to take a piece of Highland Heather DSP from the Subtles 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper and cut it on an angle. I'm really pleased with the outcome.

I really encourage you to check out Teneale's blog here. Her work is simply outstanding.

I hope you've enjoyed viewing my version of Teneale's card, I really enjoyed creating this project, especially as I got to use the amazing All Things Fabulous stamp set and Fabulous Florals dies again.

If you have the time, I'd love to know who your favourite designer is? Let me know by leaving a comment below.

Ink.Stamp.Share Showcase - January Blog Hop!

Saturday, January 9, 2021 United Kingdom

Welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share Showcase Blog Hop!

If you have arrived here from Jo's blog, a very warm welcome to you!

There is no theme today - although you'll find we have all used products from the Annual, Beginners, Mini or Sale-a-Bration catalogues.

To view all of today's projects, scroll down my post until you find the 'Next' button - simply click this button to be taken to the next blog and then repeat until you end up back here again!

Alternatively, you can click each name under the Roll Call to check out all of the amazing projects!

This card I've created is perfect to send to a friend as happy mail.

I stamped the flower image in Memento ink and coloured it in with my Seaside Spray and Just Jade Stampin' Blends. I also lightly added some Wink of Stella over the top. The flower stamp is from the Fancy Phrases and I have fussy cut it using my paper snips.

I have layered the flowers using dimensionals onto a piece of white cardstock which I have die cut using the Stitched Nested dies. For texture, I have embossed the die cut shape with the Brick & Mortar embossing folder.
