Oh my gosh, I have been crazy busy in the last few weeks - what with making swaps for the team training, visiting family, shopping for my husbands birthday, preparing for my first craft workshop (making mothers day cards and gifts), welcoming my first team member Aimee and also having lots going on in my day job, there just hasn't been the time to post about anything I've made. I didn't even get the time to make my husband a birthday card, how awful is that?

Today I am going to show you the swaps I received that I promised a few weeks ago. We had a great time at the Pinkies Team Training in Croughton and my upline Michelle Last came up with some fab make and takes for us. Here is a picture of all of us - including Paula Gorry, the Country Manager for Stampin' Up! UK!

I attended one class during the day where the lovely Sarah Berry taught us all how to use this fab newsletter software. This is something I am going to be working on over the coming months. I will be sharing exclusive content with my newsletter subscribers. I have a great tutorial on how to make the card in a box to share in the first issue.

If you already subscribe to my blog posts, you will also need to subscribe to receive newsletters as well (I can't automatically add you due to data protection and spamming rules). Look for the heading SUBSCRIBE FOR EXCLUSIVE CONTENT in my side bar and simply add your first name and email address.

Now for the swaps - if you remember, the challenge was to swap in smaller groups, using a specific stamp set and spending more time on the swap to make it more detailed. What a great idea and while I found it more challenging than usual, it made me stretch myself outside of my comfort zone to come up with this.

Aren't they all amazing?? Thank you ladies for swapping with me, it was a pleasure.

Next time I'll be sharing pictures from my very first workshop that I held for four ladies on Saturday and what we made for Mothers day. It was such fun and it was also another new challenge for me. 

February was a month of firsts for me, earning a stamp set and free attendance to a crafty afternoon for reaching a sales target, recruiting my first team member and organising my first workshop. So exciting! I also booked to attend the On Stage Local Event in Telford in April where I'll get to see the new Annual Catalogue (available in June) and be able to play with some of the new products.
