Okay, so I am not sure I can really call this a project when I've not done any stamping, punching or die cutting, but I just had to share it with you.
This project showcases the very cool Stampin' Up! Winter Wonderland DSP. Don't you just love the white antlers on the black background and the black trees on the white background - they are simply stunning.
Okay so I could have done some stamping, punching or die cutting but I just love it as it is. I'm definitely going through a less is more phase at the moment. In fact, the Christmas card I will be featuring on Saturdays project is exactly that.
I've made this gift box in traditional Christmas colours using the Cherry Cobbler paper from the Merry Moments DSP Stack. I coloured the wooden snowflake to match the paper using my Cherry Cobbler ink - no fancy technique involved here - I simply pressed the snowflake onto the ink pad until I had even coverage. I also used my favourite bundle, the Holly Jolly Greetings Bundle, for the sentiment, I can't seem to stop using these thinlits - I love them!
